FETISH MEGACRUST DENIM
Fetish in black/milk/milk 13oz megacrust denim from Rick Owens DRKSHDW FW24 Porterville. These fetish sneaks are knee high. They have a boot shaped upper with an additional layer falling from an asymmetrical seam line, grazing the floor. They have milk toe caps and shark tooth soles.
This mediumweight megacrust denim is made on a 13oz black and natural japanese denim. The denim is overdyed black and treated with a wax finish, then several layers of black foil is pressed on top and a final wash makes the foil peel and crack.
The natural aspects of this treatment means the foil has peeled off and cracked in certain areas and will continue to do so with wear and abrasion. This is an inherent characteristic of this type of treatment and is a desired a visual aspect which adds to the uniqueness of each piece which should not be considered as defect.
Composition: upper part upper 91% cotton + 6% elastomultiester + 3% rubber
Lower part upper 100% cotton
Toe 70% polyurethane + 30% vinsole 60% polyurethane + 40% polyester
Sole 100% thermoplastic rubber
